According to
Canmag. Michael Bay mentioned the length movie. This is, for now, just a rumor since there is no source of when he said it.
Bay said that the
Transformers Movie will be longer than people might expect.
"I think it'll be longer than people expect because it's very entertaining," said the producer
Just as the
article says, Michael Bay's last movies have been close to 2 hours in length, so it could be very well true.

We have some possible bad news for Transformers Attacktix fans. According to
TFW2005, Hasbro has begun pulling Transformers Attacktix products off of Target and Wal-Mart store shelves. The items are being returned to vendor. This looks like a move to make room for
Transformers Movie line products.

Ryan has met and spoken with a Distributor from Japan who had a booth at Toy Fair 2007 in New York. They got into a discussion about a whole bunch of different Transformers that have been released from Takara Tomy such as the Kiss Players line. One figure that came up in their discussion was MP-05 Megatron. According to the distributor, Takara-Tomy will be placing the orange caps on themselves at the factory for a special release of MP-05's that are intended to be sold to the U.S. market so they can pass customs (such as BigBadToyStore.com). Now this is just a rumor and as of right now should be taken with a grain of salt as this is the first and only source who has suggested this. Given the number of online retailers that have stated that the version of MP-05 that will be "capped", it makes sense that this would be a change from the factory.
Here are some relevant news to look back at:

And below is the actual toy laws for the US:
?1150.2 Prohibitions. According to Powered Convoy over at
Allspark.com, he has received an e-mail from
Hobby Link Japan stating that they will be adding the orange tip to the end of MP-05 Megatron. Here's what the e-mail read:
Hi,
I'm sorry to inform you that we will be making any
adjustments necessary to the item in order to comply with US
customs law. Even though it is packed in robot mode, it can still be transformed into a realistic looking gun and thus would require an orange tip at the end of the barrel. This is evident in Hasbro's TF Classics Megatron that although his alt mode does not resemble a real gun but it still has a
bright orange tip.
Thanks for your understanding.

UPDATEWe have received word that this may be false. To see a recent e-mail from HLJ stating that this will only happen at the request of the buyer, click the Discuss button.
Please consider this a rumor until HLJ can issue a proper statement in regards to the orange cap.
