At TransForMarket, fans will gather to display their creations based on the themes of Generation One and IDW Transformers. The event is the first fan-organized Japanese Transformers event to be attended by foreign creators, as it will be visited by IDW artists Andrew Griffith, Livio Ramondelli, and writer Jim Sorenson. Japanese creators Naoto Tsushima, Hayato Sakamoto, and other as-of-yet unannounced guests will be present to welcome them.
In the custom of Japanese fan gatherings, the event will include discussion panels, cosplay, and a "quick-draw" panel where all guests will have just 3 minutes to do a sketch based on a certain theme.

Now that's a great Optimus Prime. Love the cel shading, too; it always makes them "pop" the most. Who's the artist behind it?
