Paypal refunds have begun being sent out, some as early as September 3rd. This will be a slow process and the account is still not unlocked ... I´m not quite sure what the heck PayPal is doing. They didn´t give refunds to all of the people I instructed them to give refunds to so I´ll have to find out tomorrow or Saturday what is their deal. If you are one of the people that DID receive a refund, please let others know so that they can be assured that this process has begun. Check back for additional information in the next few days. Thanks!
